Self-adhesive labels are manufactured by many different technologies. In some cases, it is possible to use combinations of these technologies. The production abilities are therefore very wide.

Logistic labels

These are mainly manufactured as plain labels, but also with simple pre-printing. The final printing can be done by customer (or TECOM paper) using thermo transfer printer. Those labels are mostly produced from white paper or thermo paper 80 g/m2 with standard glue. If the customer wishes, it can also be produced from a different kind of material (coloured paper or many types of plastic films/foils from transparent and white to coloured) with combinations of different glue (removable, with increased or decreased stickiness). Together with the labels, we also deliver thermo transfer tapes suitable for printing on material from which labels are produced.

Graphic labels

Labels with printing can be produced in a form of rolls or sheets from different materials. Labels with printings can be covered by laminated foil, which protects the surface of the label from scratching and other influences. Colours are brighter and their durability is much longer. The foil also acts as effectual UV filter. Laminated labels may be used in moist and in some special cases - laminated plastic in wet places. The price of laminated label is approximately 10% higher compared with a non-laminated label. However, the applied value is much higher.

Print labels

Are useful for small-amount printing directly in customers office. Used material is of high quality and is useful for printing by laser and ink printers and photocopiers or for simple hand writing. Every sheet has removed edges of 0,5mm. This ensures that the paper will easily go through the mechanism of the printer and it also prevents glue leaking. The glue might cause the label to get stuck in the printer and it also dirties rollers. The labels are manufactured in 34 sizes, which satisfy all common requirements and are packed in amounts of 100, 200 or 500 sheets. Every package is labelled with a bar code.

Labels in plastic bags

These are labels for all-purpose use in office, home, production, traffic, health service etc. We manufacture 16 different types of these from white writing paper 80 g/m2 with standard glue. These labels can be also manufactured in different colours or with different than standard glue (permanent or removable). There are 10 sheets in each plastic bag. The plastic bag has a self-adhesive closure that may be easily reused. Every package is labelled with a bar code.

Carton tags

Used for labelling goods or as shelf labels to show the price of a product in a shop, its bar code and other information. They are manufactured as clear or with a pre-printing in form of rolls and sheets - usually have perforation. They can also be manufactured in a form of single strips for additional printing using thermo transfer or laser printer. They can also be manufactured with a complete printing and a hole used for fastening the tag to the product (for example textile products). These are mostly tailor made - the customer selects the size, shape, printing, material. Used materials are mostly papers of different thickness.

Security labels

These labels are largely used as sealing electronics, measuring devices, security against faking various brand goods (foodstuff, alcohol, cigarettes, jewellery), everywhere where the security of any product needs to be provided, or the quality, originality or other important feature of the good needs to be marked. The usage is fairly wide. There are three different types of material available which differ by price and suitability of use for particular case. Forth option is the use of standard material with security die cutting. Polyester foil VOID silver or white. After removing the label from surface, sing "VOID" emerges on the label. It is straight away obvious that the label was manipulated. Labels also can have printing on them using photocopier, laser/ink printer or a thermo transfer printer. The sign VOID can be easily replaced by any other sign (a company logo) if the customer wishes so.

Special layered polystyrene foil.
Manufactured as white half-matt. The used glue has a stronger stickiness than the strength between the material layers. When removing the label, the layers will be separated and the label will be therefore visibly damaged.

Destructive PVC - white matt foil.
The material has very low inside strength, therefore when trying to remove the label, the foil will eventually get broken into very small pieces. For example motorway stamps are made from this material.

Standard material with security die cutting.
Can be used as white writing paper or thermo paper with standard or non-removable glue. Aptly chosen security die cutting can cause the label to break off when tried to be removed.

Labels from all above named materials can be manufactured with or without printing. If the customer wishes, we may send samples of these labels to try the suitability of use for a particular surface.

Special labels

For example "ironing labels" or self-adhesive labels for particular surfaces etc. These are special types of labels produced on special requirements - we closely cooperate with customer on the construction of such label.
